Monthly business meetings are held to conduct official business on the 4th Tuesday of every month. Monthly morning coffees and informal meetings occur on the second Tuesday morning of each month. The P.A. works with the administration to create a school calendar that is distributed at the start of each school year. The schedule of meetings, school events, and vacations are all incorporated for the use of the IDS community.
